Log in to your account or visit our support portal with your order number and email to start the return process.
Receive Authorization
Our technical team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your controller in its original HexGaming box including all accessories and cables to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our engineers will inspect the hardware for integrity, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
